Patrick founded Corridor Title in October 2010 and serves as its President. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Law School and Princeton University, and was first licensed to practice law in May 2006. His civic involvement includes the following: Real Estate Council of Austin, Officer and Former Board Chair; Greater San Marcos Partnership, Officer and Former Board Chair; Dripping Springs Economic Development Committee, Member and Former Chair; New Braunfels Economic Development Foundation, Executive Committee Member and Secretary; Texas State University Development Foundation, Former Board Member, Treasurer, and Co-Chair of the 2016 Strategic Planning Effort; Texas Land Title Association PAC, Member and Former Co-Chair; and Texas House of Representatives, Former Member Representing Hays, Caldwell and Blanco Counties, 2003-2011. Patrick lives in San Marcos with his wife, Anna, and sons, Henry and Charlie, where they are members of Our Lady of Wisdom University Parish.

Erin joined Corridor Title in March 2017 and serves on Corridor Title's Executive Management Team. Erin prioritizes the opportunity to provide a title examination process and product that is second to none in the region, and is on par with any firm in the country. Erin’s deep history in the industry began in 1998 and progressed to her leadership of a large title department in Central Texas, where she served as Chief Title Officer from 2011 until she joined Corridor Title. Erin and her husband, Troy Aiello, enjoy spending time with friends and family and their pampered pets.
Laura joined Corridor Title July 2013 and serves on Corridor Title's Executive Management Team. Through her extensive civic involvement, she brings a unique and compelling understanding of the local and regional real estate market to the benefit of her clients. Laura also has the pleasure of raising three wonderful children, Jack, Gus and Ruby, who are the absolute joy of her life.
Kim joined Corridor Title in January 2013 and serves on Corridor Title's Executive Management Team. In addition to her active stewardship of the development side of the business, Kim leads the operational side of Corridor Title’s Escrow Divisions in the Austin and Dripping Springs Communities. Kim is a resident of Dripping Springs and a graduate of the University of Texas. Her civic involvement includes the following: Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and Opportunity Austin, Lead Investor and active volunteer; Real Estate Council of Austin and Urban Land Institute, member and active volunteer; Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce, Board Member and Past Chair; and City of Dripping Springs Economic Development Committee, Chair; Greater San Marcos Partnership, Lead Investor and Technical Advisory Committee. Kim and her husband, David, are the proud parents of sons Weston and Ethan.

Jayne has been with Corridor Title since its inception in 2010 and serves on Corridor Title's Executive Management Team as the CFO. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and has worked in the real estate profession and title industry for almost 20 years. Moving to Dripping Springs in 1988 with her family she has watched the community grow, and over the years has been involved in various committees and activities in the schools and her church. Her great delight is spending time with her three children, their spouses, and her grandchildren.
