Whitney joined the Corridor Title team in February of 2022 and brings nine years of title experience along with her. She is driven to provide top notch service to her clients and to be an asset that they can rely on. Whitney is proud to call Lockhart home with her husband, Robby, and two sons, Wesley and Dylan. When she is not at the closing table Whitney can be found at the baseball field supporting her boys or fishing at the coast.

Heidi joined the Corridor Title team in September 2017 and brings a depth of commitment to the New Braunfels Community that is truly compelling. She is a graduate from Southwest Texas State University earning a BBA in Marketing and is a licensed Texas REALTOR®. Her civic involvement includes the following: New Braunfels Downtown Association – President and Former Board Chair, the Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce Blue Coat Ambassador (Senior Life Member) – Chair of various committees, Former Board Member, City of New Braunfels – Civil Service Commissioner, Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® – Committee Member, NBISD Ambassador and Council of PTA, Executive Committee Member, New Braunfels ISD Education Foundation – Program Director, United Way of Comal County – Former Board Chair. Heidi lives in New Braunfels with her husband, Lonny, and sons, Zakary and Dylan, where they are members of Oakwood Church.

Pat joined Corridor Title in March 2021 as a Title Examiner, bringing over almost 40 years in the Title business in Austin. He began in 1983 as a runner for a small title company and start examining in 1985. Born and raised in south Austin, Pat still lives close to family and friends.

Norma Arredondo joined Corridor Title-Lockhart in May 2023. She is a native born of Lockhart where she continues to live. Along with earning her Bachelor of Social Work from Texas State University, she brings professional work experience in the implementation of two first-year college programs. Norma’s work experience has also included administrative support and contributes with her attained skills as the Administrative Assistant. In her spare time, some of the things she enjoys are home projects, family beach vacations, music entertainment and her family pet, Chew.

LeeAnne joined the Corridor Title team in November 2024 as an Administrative Assistant, bringing with her over a decade of working in the customer service & title industry. She was born in San Benito, TX and loves dogs, hiking, kayaking and family BBQ’s.

JoDee grew up in South Texas, graduating from Gregory-Portland. She is married to her husband, Russell, and they share 3 adult children. JoDee and her family relocated to the Hill Country in 2018, and currently live in Bulverde. JoDee loves antiquing, enjoying what the Hill Country has to offer, and anything to do with family. Starting in the title industry in 2003 as a temporary receptionist, she had an amazing mentor who taught her the ins and outs of title. After a brief stay at home, JoDee started back in title in 2016 and has enjoyed every minute of being a part of this amazing industry, working with Residential and Farm & Ranch transactions. She prides herself on customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, being proactive, and being compassionate to everyone’s situation.

Ashley joined the Corridor Title team in October of 2021 with over 10 years working in customer service for a local pediatric office. Her dependability, loyalty, and outgoing personality are shown in her daily client interactions. She is proud to call her hometown New Braunfels. Ashley enjoys spending her weekends being her kids biggest fan at all of their sport events. She is a very proud momma to Mason, Maddix, Ophelia, and Opal.

Sandi joined Corridor Title’s Dripping Springs Escrow Team in November 2014, and has demonstrated her professional and personal experience from day-one, quickly becoming valuable to her colleagues and to Corridor Title’s Clients. Sandi’s previous professional experience includes working in an administrative, regional role for Edward Jones and as an analyst for the American Heart Association.

Sandi is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. She and her husband Doug live in Dripping Springs, where all four of their children attended school, and are members of LifeAustin Church.

Jessica joined the Corridor Title team in May 2016, bringing with her many years of title industry experience for the benefit of Corridor Title’s valued clients. Her breadth and depth of experience is a distinct strength – she started her career as a copy clerk in the title plant and rose through the ranks to the role of Title Examiner. Jessica is a proud aunt who was born, raised and resides in South Austin.

Stephanie joined the Corridor Title team in February 2025 as an Escrow Assistant, bringing 6 years of experience in the title industry and many more in customer service. Born and raised in a small town in south Texas, Stephanie has now called the Hill Country home for the pass 13 years. She lives in Fischer with her daughter, son, and father. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and exploring new place with family and friends.

Zach joined the Corridor Title team in July 2019. He is an Austin resident and a graduate of Baylor University. His civic involvement includes the following: Real Estate Council of Austin, co-chair of the RECA Advocates program and Urban Land Institute, member and active volunteer. Zach and his wife Brittany are the proud parents of three young children and are actively involved at Austin Ridge Bible Church.

Lisa joined the Corridor Title team in April 2015 after several years of experience at a family owned insurance company in McAllen, TX. Lisa has excelled in the title industry and has mastered funding, with her sharp accounting and problem-solving skills. She has a great rapport with lenders and clients and is dedicated to client success. She lives in Kyle and enjoys spending time with her two children and granddaughters.

Raised in Lubbock, Rebecca has been in the Austin area since 1989. She has worked in the Title Industry since the early 90’s and enjoys serving her coworkers and clients. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the happiness of the clients who just got the keys to their new house! When not working, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she loves to travel!

Christy joined the Corridor Title team in February 2012 and received her Escrow license in March 2014. Deeply committed to client success, she has contributed to both the Escrow and Development side of the business and has doubled down on her Residential Escrow focus leading these efforts for Corridor Title within the Dripping Springs market. Christy is a Lockhart native, pursued a sales and marketing career after graduating from Texas A & M University with a BBA in Marketing, is a graduate of the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce Leadership program and a member of Life Austin. Christy and her husband Dane have two sons, Blake and Cole, who were both raised in Dripping Springs and are graduates of Dripping Springs High School.

Collin joined the Corridor Title team in April 2025 after spending the past decade coaching high school and college football. A longtime Young Life volunteer, Collin is passionate about building meaningful relationships and living out his faith by serving his community. Originally from Georgetown, he holds degrees from Southwestern University and the University of Texas. In his free time, Collin enjoys traveling, hiking, fishing, golf, and rooting for the Texas Longhorns.

Katie joined the Corridor Title team in Dripping Springs as an Administrative Assistant in March of 2024. She lives in Driftwood, Texas with her husband, Kent. They have 3 children: Brooke, 20, who plays basketball in college in Wichita, Kansas, & twins Bailey & Bradley, 19. Bailey attends ACC & works part time. Bradley works for the family business. Katie loved every minute of being a stay-at-home mom, but as an empty nester it was time to go back to work. She is very excited to begin this new chapter with Corridor Title! Katie enjoys spending time with her family & pets, traveling, shopping, reading, and watching basketball…either on TV, or her daughter on the court.

Erin joined Corridor Title in March 2017 and serves on Corridor Title’s Executive Management Team. Erin prioritizes the opportunity to provide a title examination process and product that is second to none in the region, and is on par with any firm in the country. Erin’s deep history in the industry began in 1998 and progressed to her leadership of a large title department in Central Texas, where she served as Chief Title Officer from 2011 until she joined Corridor Title. Erin and her husband, Troy Aiello, enjoy spending time with friends and family and their pampered pets.

Cindy joined the Corridor Title team in June of 2018 and is a Certified Escrow Settlement Professional. Cindy was born in El Paso, Texas where she began her career in banking and gained a wealth of experience in commercial and mortgage lending before joining the title industry in 1999. After having started and managed title companies in both El Paso and Columbia, Louisiana, Cindy relocated to New Braunfels, and now calls Central Texas home. She previously served on the El Paso Builders Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Cindy is the proud mother of two children, Shaelyn and Landon.

Courtney Conover joined the Corridor Title team in May 2025 after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Psychology and Communications from Concordia University Texas. While new to the title industry, she brings a strong commitment to customer service and is dedicated to providing exceptional support to both her team and clients. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs, and tending to her ever-growing plant collection!

Marisa joined the Corridor Title team in September of 2022 with more than 8 years of customer service experience to further Corridor’s commitment to its clients in her role as Administrative Assistant at the San Marcos office. Before joining Corridor, she spent the last 7 years serving others as a flight attendant with American Airlines. She moved to Kyle, Texas 4 years ago with her husband, Austin and in May welcomed their first child, Owen.

Christina joined the Corridor Title team in February of 2022. She started her journey in title insurance in 1996, as a receptionist. Over the years she has served the title industry as an escrow officer, manager and eventually moved into operations. As SVP – Compliance and Escrow Education, she will utilize her knowledge and relationships to help train, develop and mentor our escrow teams. Christina resides with her husband in Kyle and enjoys spending time with her adult children and friends.

Amy joined the Corridor Title team in February 2018 and brought with her the benefit of over 17 years of title industry experience. Amy is also strong with technology and processes, critical components of the world-class service provided by the Title Department. Amy was born and raised in Palestine, Texas, and moved to Austin in 2002. Amy is a proud wife, mother, and grandmother.

Jeana is a Texas girl, born and raised, and lives in Hurst, Texas. She has been associated with the title business, in one way or the other, for 12 years, with 4 ½ years in Colorado working in the Oil and Gas industry. Prior to the title industry, she owned a custom home building company for 19 years in the DFW area. She has one beautiful, wonderful daughter and 3 beautiful, wonderful granddaughters that she loves spending time with.

Shannon joined the Corridor Title Team in August 2020, bringing 24 years of experience with her. Previous roles have included policy, customer service , examiner and chief title officer. She lives in Taylor with her boyfriend Edward and is known by friends and family as the “flower madam” due to her unique ability to hybridize irises and daylilies.

JD joined the Corridor Team in September 2024, bringing with him almost two decades of experience serving the ministry of Young Life. JD is passionate about people, serving with excellence, and seeing others succeed. Raised in the Brazos Valley and a graduate of Texas A&M University, JD, his wife, and their 4 kids, have called San Marcos home for the past 8 years. JD enjoys golf, fly fishing, reading, and spending time with his family.

Sallye joined Corridor in May 2024 after falling in love with the people during her time as a temporary employee the previous winter. She comes to Corridor with 20+ years of mortgage and retail customer service experience. Sallye spent most of her life in Midland/Odessa, but moved to New Braunfels in 2017 to be closer to her grandchildren. She and her husband love New Braunfels for its history, live music, trees, and rivers.

Colby, an Oklahoma native, moved to the great state of Texas in 2015. He brings a diverse professional background spanning property management, law enforcement, and Title, which greatly benefits our clients. Colby has been with Corridor Title since January 2021 and currently resides in San Marcos with his wife, Samantha, and their two dogs—Kevin the Corgi and Holt the Basset Hound. In his free time, Colby enjoys yardwork and listening to heavy metal.

Cheryl joined the Corridor Title team in March 2021, bringing her knowledge and experience of running a small business, plus years of managerial experience, with her to the Corridor Team. She is a 2002 graduate of Texas State University. She has made central Texas her home for the last 20 years and resides in New Braunfels with her husband and three kids. She loves the outdoors and everything the Hill Country has to offer.

Lauren originally joined the Corridor Title team in 2014, took a couple of years off to focus on being a full-time mom and then rejoined the Corridor Title team in June 2018. Lauren’s focus on the Luxury Residential Market in Austin is a natural extension of her years of experience in escrow, her knowledge of the Austin Market, and previous collaborations with her valued Corridor Title clients and colleagues. Lauren and her husband Shane are the proud parents of two amazing girls – Aubrey and Ava.

Morgan joined the Corridor Title family in spring of 2024. She grew up in the Round Rock area, where she has made her way back and setting down roots with her significant other.  She comes to Corridor with 6.5 years of title experience from contract to close, she particularly enjoys the funding aspect with her keen attention to detail. Outside of the office you can find her gardening and tending to her backyard chickens and family pets or hanging out with friends and riding along in drift cars.

Sunnie joined the Corridor Title team with extensive residential real estate experience in Williamson County and beyond. Her passion for helping others extends into her community, where she serves on multiple boards and volunteers with local nonprofits. She lives in Cedar Park with her husband, Jason, their two children, Evyn and Gavin, and their sweet rescue dog, Sugar. On Saturdays in the fall, you’ll find them cheering on Husker football.

Raised in Austin, TX, Charlotte joined the Corridor Title team in August 2022. She graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys cuddling her dog Zuko, travelling to new places, and taking advantage of everything Austin has to offer!

Rebekah Gatlin joined Corridor Title in August 2025 as an Escrow Assistant. With over 21 years of experience in new home sales, she brings strong relationships with realtors and lenders and a passion for exceptional client service. Originally from Canada, Rebekah has lived in Dripping Springs for the past decade with her husband, Mike, and their two daughters, Maycee and Abigail. The family enjoys spending time in Colorado, escaping to the mountains whenever possible.

Dillon joined the Corridor Title team in June of 2025, bringing 13 years of experience in the title industry. He started his career as a copy shooter in the summer of 2012 and from there he worked in the order entry department for 4 years and then as an abstractor for 7 years before moving into the role of Examiner. Dillon was born and raised in South Austin and now lives in San Marcos with his wife Vanessa and their pack of dogs.

Carly joined the Corridor Title team in 2017 with more than 3 years of escrow experience. Previously she worked for almost 10 years for a respected Credit Union in her home state of Florida. She has progressed remarkably during her time in the Texas Title Industry. Her dedication to and connection with clients has garnered much respect within the San Marcos residential resale market and real estate community. Above all, Carly loves that her job affords her the opportunity to work with people in our community and to be a material part of making our customers’ home ownership dreams come true. Carly and her husband Derek are San Marcos residents and proud parents to two beautiful children.

Tisha joined the Corridor Title team in February 2020, and benefits from a strong, 20 year customer service background. Tisha cultivates deep relationships with her clients and puts their success at the forefront of her efforts. She is a native of El Paso and a 2000 graduate of SWT. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Jason and her two beautiful daughters.

Sydney joined the Corridor Title team in January 2025 as an Administrative Escrow Assistant. Born and raised in Cypress, Texas, she graduated from Texas State University and is now relocating to Austin. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys journaling, staying active, and spending time with her friends, family, and her cat, Scotch!

Jayne has been with Corridor Title since its inception in 2010 and serves on Corridor Title’s Executive Management Team as the CFO. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and has worked in the real estate profession and title industry for almost 20 years. Moving to Dripping Springs in 1988 with her family she has watched the community grow, and over the years has been involved in various committees and activities in the schools and her church. Her great delight is spending time with her three children, their spouses, and her grandchildren.

Matthew joined the Corridor title team in January 2022, when he was drawn to the dynamic and meticulous field of title examination. He has worked as a graphic designer, product production manager, and chef, all of which have honed his attention to detail, research skills, and ability to communicate effectively with both clients and coworkers alike. A Dripping Springs native, Matthew and his wife live in Cedar Park with their two young daughters and two dogs.

Mary joined the Corridor Title team in May 2018 when she was drawn to Corridor Title’s highly respected and valued team. Mary graduated from the University of North Texas in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and worked as an award-winning newscast producer for six years in Waco and Austin. Her career in the news industry set her up to thrive in the client-centered, detail-oriented and fast-paced world of Escrow. Mary and her husband, Jason, live in Dripping Springs with their son, Mason, and daughter, Quinn.

Rhianna joined the Corridor Title team in August 2022 bringing 6 years of experience to the team. In that experience, she assisted with title examinations, commitments, title policies, client relations and whatever else she could do. She graduated Cum Laude from Angelo State University in 2015. Originally from Brownfield, Texas, she and her newly wedded husband, Michael, recently moved to New Braunfels and are excited to start their new lives.

Meghan joined the Corridor Title Team in July 2018. She was particularly drawn to the firm’s values and culture. Her strong customer service skills and dedication to client success are her driving force. Meghan continues to pursue her bachelor’s degree in accounting. Meghan and her husband, Dakota, are proud parents of Averleigh Grace and members of Vertical Chapel in Kyle.

Diana joined the Corridor Title team in March of 2020 with over 8 years of fast paced builder and residential escrow experience under her belt. Her experience and knowledge has been a huge asset to Corridor Title. Diana is an Austin native and enjoys spending time with her family and her fur baby, Piper.

Gina joined the Corridor Title team in November 2012 and has deeply served the firm’s valued, and growing, commercial clientele over the last eight years. A professional committed to excellence in every facet of the real estate transaction, Gina has handled the most sophisticated of commercial clients and commercial transactions throughout the region during her tenure and takes a proactive and solutions-oriented approach that is appreciated by all involved. Gina grew up in South Texas and brings a past work experience that includes the health care, customer service and retail management sectors. Gina and her husband have lived in Dripping Springs since 1998 and their son Austin was a 2013 Dripping Springs graduate.

Cullen joined the Corridor Title team in May 2025 as a Development Associate. Based in the Austin office and working within the Commercial Division, he focuses on generating new business opportunities and cultivating lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
Prior to joining the title industry, Cullen spent three years in the yachting world, serving as a crew member for private owners throughout North America and the Caribbean. A fifth-generation Austinite, Cullen enjoys spending his free time golfing, hunting, fishing, skiing, and relaxing on Lake Austin.

Kensley joined the Corridor Title team in October 2024, bringing with her over three years of experience in the title industry and a strong background in finance, thanks to her prior experience in banking. Originally from Seguin, Texas, Kensley has a deep connection to the Lone Star State, though her love of travel has taken her all over the United States and abroad. After spending time exploring new places, Kensley returned to her roots in Texas, where she currently enjoys life with her boyfriend and their two dogs, Evee and Harper.

Lynn joined the Corridor Title team in January of 2018, bringing her 27+ years of experience to our title research team. She gained that experience in her past roles as abstractor, escrow assistant, escrow officer, examiner and chief title officer. With that experience, she built long standing relationships with underwriters and leaders in our industry which equates to a dynamic and collaborative title production result for Corridor’s clients. Lynn is a long time South Austin homeowner, sharing that home with assorted family members, cats and dogs.

Cait joined the Corridor Title team in February 2025 as an Assistant Escrow Officer, bringing 10 years of industry experience from Texas to National for resales and refinances. Although raised in Arizona, she has called Austin her home since 2019. When not working, she can be found enjoying the warmer weather swimming and paddleboarding or enjoying the indoors with crafts and video games.

Sarah joined the Corridor Title team in July of 2025 and comes with 15+ years of experience in administration and business management. Sarah is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, consistently prioritizing her clients’ success in all her efforts. Her intention is to lead a team that promotes kindness, respect, and excellence. Sarah has spent her life in central Texas and lives in the Canyon Lake area along with her husband, three daughters and one son. She enjoys quality time with her family, attending her children’s school events and games, and actively engaging in their local church community.

Born and raised in North Texas, Rachel joined the Corridor team in July 2022. She graduated from Northwestern State University with a Bachelor of Science. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog Troy, getting outdoors, and exploring all of the great places Austin has to offer!

Jamie moved to Dripping Springs from Ojai, CA in June 2020. She worked in non-profit fundraising at private schools for over 20 years and has done everything from managing databases, filming short videos, substituting in the classroom, and planning multiple galas and benefits. She joined the Corridor family January 2022.

Ashley, who was born and raised in Austin, Texas, joined the Corridor Title Builder Team in March of 2023 with 10 years experience working in customer service as a notary public and over 3 years working for a renowned home builder. Her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to our client’s success are shown in her work and daily interactions. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family where she is a proud mommy of two to Madyson Harper and Myles Gregory.

Rachel joined the Corridor Title team in April 2016 with over ten years’ experience as a stand-out in the Title Industry. Raised in a Title Industry family in Hondo, Texas, Rachel started work in her hometown after class and during holidays and summers while in high school. Rachel has lived in Austin since 2003, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin, along with a Business Foundations Certificate. Rachel is an active member the Real Estate Council of Austin, Texas Land Title Association, the Austin Film Society, and the Austin Theatre Alliance.

Maya joined Corridor Title in January of 2024 as an Assistant Escrow Officer. She has been in the industry since 2017, bringing a keen sense of customer service and attention to detail to her role. Although a native Texan, Maya spent 3 years in Germany working closely with the military community and local nationals. When she isn’t working, she can be found coaching youth select volleyball or maintaining her health and wellness at the gym.

Omar loves people and finds joy in helping them achieve their dreams — a passion that’s guided his entire career. From working in his family’s business to 17 years in the dental field, real estate, and now in the title industry, Omar has always focused on delivering exceptional service and forming meaningful connections. As a Business Development Associate for Corridor Title, Omar brings deep local knowledge, a strong network, and a personalized approach to supporting real estate agents and their clients. Amanda joined the Corridor Title team in September 2020 as an Administrative Assistant and was drawn to the company’s culture and service to clients and the community. Amanda brings over 20+ years of professional experience, including service in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard, and operational management in the healthcare and CPG industries. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center and also an MBA in administration that will help her excel in her new role supporting the corporate department at Corridor. Amanda and her husband Keith live in Wimberley with their children and enjoy spending time on their ranchette, gardening, horseback riding, and cheering their kids on at sporting events.

Joy joined the Corridor Title team in September of 2022 bringing 20+ years of Escrow experience to the Georgetown office. During this time she developed long lasting relationships with Realtors and leaders in the community. She was well known for her attention to detail, knowledge and expertise. Her integrity, empathy and passion of helping people along with her team members, made the process seamless for all parties. Joy genuinely cares, always providing exceptional customer service. Born and raised in Austin, Joy now lives in the small community of Walburg with her husband Steve.

Ariza joined the Corridor Title team in March of 2021 bringing more than 13 years of administrative and customer service experience in fast-paced, professional settings. She is excited to be a part of the booming real estate industry and hone her skills in the commercial escrow division. When she’s not working hard to build lasting relationships with our clients, she enjoys supporting local businesses with her husband and 4 children in her hometown of Kyle.

Tanya joined Corridor Title as an Escrow Officer in January 2024 bringing with her over 20 years of industry experience. With familiarity in resales, Tanya is particularly knowledgeable in elder real estate, including trusts and estates, and she has a passion for new builds and construction loans. She is proud to be involved in commercial and rezoning transactions and is dedicated to contributing to the growth and changes in Georgetown. Raised in Houston, Tanya has called Georgetown home since 2000. When not working, Tanya enjoys strolling the Georgetown Square with her husband, Danny, wine tasting through Central Texas, listening to live music, and hosting karaoke games nights for her friends and family. Fun fact, Tanya is a certified yoga instructor.

I’ve been in the industry since I was a little girl, coloring under my mom’s desk while she issued policies. You could say this work runs in the family, and over the years, it’s grown into something I truly love. I enjoy being a steady support for people as they buy or sell their homes—helping them create lasting memories along the way. I was raised in both Florida and Texas, but Texas will always be home. I share my life with my German Shepherd, Dexter—he’s my whole world! In my free time, you’ll find me crocheting, hiking, reading, or cooking for the people I love.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Faith now calls Austin home. Faith attended the University of Houston and Texas State University. Since joining Corridor Title in May 2024, Faith has brought strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence, leading to a recent promotion to Escrow Assistant. Outside the office, Faith enjoys wakeboarding on the lake with family, hiking, riding horses, spending quality time with friends and her dog Shiloh.

Teresa joined Corridor Title in October 2024, bringing her 25+ years of Real Estate experience to the Residential Development Team. In addition to the real estate field, Teresa has worked nationally and internationally, guiding people to discover their passions and thrive in their careers. Her background also includes work in the non-profit sector and as an entrepreneur. Teresa’s greatest joy is raising her daughter, a student at UNC Asheville, North Carolina. She enjoys being outdoors, sunrise runs along Lady Bird Lake, hot yoga, travel, live music and, most importantly, spending time with friends and family.

Wendy joined the Corridor Title team in November 2017. Her professional experience is substantive and diverse with common threads including her commitment to customer service, attention to detail and a team-oriented approach. Wendy was born and raised in New Braunfels and her family has a long history in this community which dates back to the early 1900’s. Wendy and her husband, Jason are the proud parents of Jaelynn and Jameson.

Raised in Belton and still proud to call it home, Christy brings over nine years of banking experience and more than 25 years in customer service to her role at Corridor. With a strong background in client relations and financial services Christy is committed to delivering a seamless positive experience for every client. Known for her professionalism, reliability, and detection, Christy values building lasting relationships and serving the community with care. Outside of work, Christy and her husband are raising a house full of boys; any spare time is spent having family dinners or cheering them on at football and baseball games.

Melody joined the Corridor Title team in June of 2021 as an Administrative Assistant bringing 20+ years of customer service experience. Melody’s combined experience in her past roles as a abstractor and in the customer service industry gives her the ability to provide both the Builder and Residential clients the best possible experience upon entering and exiting Corridor. Melody resides in her home town of San Marcos with her husband Mario, 3 children and 6 fur babies.

Taylor was born and raised outside of Austin in Pflugerville, Texas. She graduated from Texas State University with a Business Management degree. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with family, watching reality TV, and traveling.

Cat Roccaforte joined Corridor Title in April 2025, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in customer service and administrative support. A proud graduate of Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State), Cat grew up in the beautiful town of Wimberley and has always valued strong community ties and genuine connection.
Outside of work, Cat is a proud mom to two amazing “grown-and-flown” children. She’s a fan of classic westerns, documentaries, and probably watches a little too much Dateline. When she’s not with friends or family, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and experimenting with growing fruit trees in her yard.

Patrick founded Corridor Title in October 2010, and serves as its President. He is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law (2006), Princeton University (2001) and Dripping Springs High School (1997), and was first licensed to practice law in 2006. Patrick is responsible for Corridor’s operations and growth, and works closely with an Executive Team of empowered leaders within Corridor, across Functional Area and Division.

Patrick’s civic involvement includes past and present leadership in the following organizations: Austin Airport Advisory Commission, Austin Community Foundation, Dripping Springs Economic Development Committee, Great Springs Project, greater:SATX, Hays Caldwell Economic Development Partnership, Independent Title Agents of Texas, New Braunfels Economic Development Foundation, Real Estate Council of Austin, Texas State University Development Foundation, Texas State University Research Foundation, Texas Land Title Association, Texas Land Title Association PAC, and Transit Forward. Before founding Corridor, Patrick represented Blanco, Caldwell and Hays Counties in the Texas House of Representatives (2002-2010).

Patrick lives in San Marcos with his wife Anna and their sons Henry and Charlie, where they are members of Our Lady of Wisdom University Parish.

John joined the Corridor Title team in December 2020, bringing 20 years of experience to our title research team. Previous roles include customer service, examiner, and production manager. John began his title career in San Diego, then quickly realized in 2006 that Austin was the place to be. He resides in Cedar Park with his wife Laura and fur babies. He loves to travel and check out live music.

Elizabeth joined the Corridor Title team in May 2018, currently serving in the role of Lead Escrow Officer in our San Marcos Builder Division. Her attention to detail, client-centered perspective and commitment to world-class service make her a natural for the title industry. Elizabeth graduated from the University of South Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She serves as a member of the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband Bill and daughter Aubrey.

Linda joined the Corridor Title team in September 2022, bringing 21 years of banking experience with 12 years of management experience to our New Braunfels Commercial team. She has been a resident of Central Texas her entire life and has worked in the New Braunfels area for 15 years. Linda was born and raised in San Marcos, Texas and has resided in Martindale, Texas the last 21 years. She is a proud mother of 2 sons, Robert Jr and Joe and has been happily married for over 22 years to her husband Robert. She enjoys spending time with family and is excited to start her new career with Corridor Title.

Kalene joined Corridor Title in May 2016 and has developed a broad scope of responsibilities that include preparing audits, coordinating technology implementation, and ensuring compliance with TDI regulations. A 2015 graduate of Texas State University, Kalene has a deep connection to Central Texas. Her professional background, both before and after graduation from Texas State, has afforded her meaningful experience in the title industry. Kalene is a dog mom to Ollie and Goldie.

Sarah Lee joined the Corridor Title team in August 2024. Raised in the Houston suburbs, Sarah Lee moved to Austin the first chance she got. In January 2008, she was hired as an assistant at a real estate brokerage. Since then, she has explored many roles in the real estate industry including Transaction Manager, Brokerage Manager, Short Sale Specialist, and even Realtor, but none seem to fit quite as well as Escrow Officer. Her thirst for knowledge and passion for helping others allows her to provide top tier customer service and communication at all times. In her free time Sarah Lee enjoys spending time with her son, Radley; participating in community theatre; rocking out at concerts; and relishing in all that our beautiful city has to offer.

Denise joined our team in January 2018, bringing her extensive background in residential real estate, land development, and site excavation. A resident of Dripping Springs since 1997, Denise’s deep ties to the community are further enriched by her three children, all of whom graduated from DSISD.

With her real estate license, Denise offers a comprehensive perspective on the local housing market. Utilizing her understanding of land development and excavation allows her the ability to navigate complex projects with precision.

Denise’s community involvement is equally impressive. She is an active Chamber of Commerce board member, co-chairing Chamber 101 and contributing her insights as a leadership committee member. A graduate of Chamber Leadership Class 4, Denise’s commitment to growth is clear.

Further underscoring her dedication to her community, Denise serves on the executive board committee of the Dripping Springs Education Foundation, championing educational initiatives that empower both students and teachers.

Denise’s journey, from resident to community leader, reflects her unwavering commitment to enhancing the vibrancy and success of Dripping Springs.

Julie is a Native Texan and has lived in Williamson County most of her life. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Early Childhood Education. Julie joined Corridor Title in December 2022 and brings a variety of experience to her role including careers in education, the non-profit sector, politics/government, and business development.

Throughout her career, Julie has served her community through charitable & women’s organizations, including RRISD PTA’s, Austin Junior Forum, Chaparral Women’s Club, a graduate of Leander & Round Rock Chamber Leadership classes, Round Rock Woman’s Club, Round Rock Sweethearts Sponsor, Central Texas Community Foundation Future Fund Co-Chair, Rotary Club of Round Rock, Williamson County Fair & Rodeo Executive Board and Professional Women of Williamson County.

Julie and her husband Bahman have raised their family in Round Rock and are the proud parents of Wyatt, Payton & Matthew.

Jay joined the Corridor Title team in November 2024, bringing a diverse background in customer service and community involvement. Originally from Jaipur, India, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. With over six years in the hotel industry, Jay refined his skills in renowned establishments in Hyderabad, India, and New York. He then transitioned to public health administration, spending three impactful years at the Houston Health Department. His multifaceted experience spans hospitality, public health, and volunteer work with conservation and outreach organizations. Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary, and their three children- Sam, Nik, and Luke. He is passionate about baking, mixology, gardening, and motorcycles.

Alison joined the Corridor Title team in March 2025 bringing with her a diverse background in financial services, including working with local and global companies in the lending, government, and consulting industries. She grew up in Dallas, graduated from the University of North Texas, and has called Canyon Lake home since 2018. Alison has three wonderful sons and her beloved Australian Shepherd, Sydney. When she is not spending time with friends and family or watching her boys play sports, you’ll find her out in nature, at a concert, or doing something creative at home or in the kitchen.

Shanice joined the Corridor Title team in August 2021 as an Escrow Assistant, bringing with her over a decade of working in the customer service industry. She’s a born and bred Austinite, sharing her love of Netflix binges, fishing, and fitness with her husband, Justin and their two beautiful children, Justin Jr. and Jada.

Kim joined the Corridor Title team in July 2025, bringing with her almost 15 years of legal experience working primarily in public finance. Her prior work encompassed everything from basic real estate transactions to complex bond deals, public-private partnerships, and special districts of every kind. Kim has worked on both single and multi-family development projects as well as assisted with legislative and regulatory work for cities, counties, developers, and builders. Growing up in Angleton with summers spent on her family’s cattle ranch in Cherokee, Kim is a true Texas girl with a strong work ethic and a love for people. Not one to venture far from home, she attended The University of Texas at Austin. Kim is married to her best friend and biggest supporter, Kasey, and they have three wonderful children, Whitfield, Remington, and Brewer, whom are their absolute world. They also have three precious pups, Luna, Lilo and Pork Chop, and one sassy cat named Claire in addition to fostering for various rescue organizations. Outside of spending time with her family, Kim’s hobbies include faith, fishing, spending time at the ranch or with friends, fitness, travel, and cooking.

Katie joined the Corridor Team in January 2025, bringing with her 10 years of title experience to the team. She is passionate about customer service and developing long lasting client relationships. Being an Air Force spouse for 24 years she has lived all over the United States. She is very happy to be home in Texas near family and currently lives in Bulverde. She is the proud mother of three kids, John, Jacob and Ann Marie.

Janis joined the Corridor Title team in September 2020, bringing 37 years of experience in the title industry. As Escrow Advisor, Janis utilizes her vast experience, industry contacts and depth of knowledge to develop training initiatives and mentor, train and develop our escrow teams. Janis shares the Corridor Title vision and value of Excellence and her arrival and passion for sharing knowledge creates incredible growth and learning opportunities for all of our valued colleagues. Janis and her husband Gary are empty nesters that enjoy playing with their dogs, working in the greenhouse and spending time on the back deck wondering what the kids are doing.

Monica joined the Corridor Title team in May 2018. Monica graduated from Crockett High School in Austin. Since arriving at Corridor title Monica has completed The Texas Land & Title School and the Excellence in Examination Workshop. Monica lives in Austin with partner Adrian and is a proud mother of son Isaiah.

Lisa joined the Corridor Title team in August 2018 and brought with her a remarkable professionalism and commitment to client success that make her a natural fit within the Corridor Title culture, and a true resource for the firms’ valued clients. Her strong background in management, sales and marketing also translate extremely well to Lisa’s current position, and she has proved to be a quick study in the Title Industry. Lisa is a Canyon High School graduate and attended Southwest Texas State University. Lisa and her husband Mike enjoy serving as volunteers with the local Serve Outdoors Chapter and other local organizations.

Kathryn joined the Corridor Title team in January 2022. She is a SHRM certified human resources professional, who brings detail and diligence to all aspects of her role. Raised in San Antonio and a graduate of Texas State, the Texas Hill Country is where Kathryn feels most at home. Kathryn lives in the Dripping Springs area with her husband, daughter, and shih-tzu. On nice days, she can be seen golf carting around the neighborhood or enjoying our local wineries.

Kristina joined the Corridor Title team in November of 2021, bringing with her six years of title and fast-paced builder experience to further Corridor’s commitment to its clients. Kristina is a graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Psychology and Minor in Mass Communication. As a native Serbian, she is a proud first-time Mom of a daughter (2) who is a first-generation American in her family. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and three dogs, as well as travelling to new places in the US as well as Europe.

Lauren joined the Corridor Title team in July of 2022, bringing 10 years of experience in lending, finances, and banking. Born in Austin and raised in the surrounding town of Lockhart, Lauren has a strong connection and love for the area. Lauren bought her home in Luling 6 years ago, and enjoys spending her time traveling, in the outdoors, and with her son Braxton.

Crystal joined the Corridor Title team September 2022 bringing in 5 years of experience in the title industry.  Raising her 3 boys with her husband in Georgetown for the past 8 years she looks forward to serving this great community.  Professionally Crystal has worked as an Administrative Assistant moving into the Escrow Assistant role after 9 months in the industry.  She has worked with resale closers as well as volume builders.  When you see her she is often excited about life and wants to share that joy with others. 

Jade joined the Corridor Title team in May 2017 and quickly gained more responsibility and respect within the firm and with clients due to her attention to detail, commitment to proactive communication, and genuine nature. Jade is a long time Wimberley resident with a history of volunteering with various organizations. She is the proud mother of two adult children – Kyle and Katelyn.

Sheri worked in Georgetown, Texas over the last 6 ½ years as an office & transaction manager at a residential real estate company.  She was closely involved with all aspects of the closing process and worked with title companies to facilitate smooth closings for the Realtors at her company.  She was previously a commercial property manager for many years.  Sheri is a proud Mother of her son, Nick.  Sheri’s glass is always half full to brimming over.  Her hobbies include landscape photography, scuba diving, hiking and country dancing.

Shaneah joined the Corridor Title team in September of 2021, with 12 years of customer service experience within Banking and Retail. With her face-to-face customer service and client relationship building skills, she feels that she adds great value to the Corridor Team. Her family moved to Cibolo, Texas 12 years ago from Ohio. Shaneah and her fiancé have been together for 13 years and have 3 beautiful daughters together.

Chris joined the Corridor Title team in September 2016, and brought diverse and significant experience in the Title Industry to her role as Lead Escrow Officer. Previously a San Antonio resident, Chris worked in a myriad of roles for over ten years at her prior employer, including Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, Human Resources Director and Executive Assistant to the President. Chris is a Minnesota native, with undergraduate and graduate degrees from Minnesota State University-Mankato. She and her husband, Kevin, have twins who are graduates from Canyon High School.

Jody joined the Corridor Title team in September 2025.  She brings 16 years of escrow experience and 8 years of title experience.  She lives along the Texas coastline with her wife, two dogs and is surround by many family members.  She is very involved in her local community. She loves to camp and take road trips.

Ashlyn began her career in the title insurance industry in 2016. She joined the Corridor family in July 2024, bringing 8 years of experience in Commercial, Residential, and Farm and Ranch. Outside of the office you can find her with her family, attending sporting events, and spending time outdoors.

Jenny is an Army brat who was born in Germany.  Her family was stationed in Germany and Texas until her dad retired and the family settled in Austin in the early 1990s.  Putting down roots near other family, she spent her adolescent years in Austin and graduated from the University of Texas in 2005.  Having spent time in various industries since graduation, she joined the Corridor Title team in September 2022, bringing with her over six years of industry experience as an Escrow Assistant.  She and her husband are raising their two young boys, two dogs and two cats in Buda.  A dedicated baseball family, you may find them watching the game or playing whenever they can.  Jenny also loves to be active-running, lifting weights or dancing at every opportunity.
