Our Story
While representing Central Texas as a member of the Texas House of Representatives from 2002-2010, Patrick Rose came to believe that the Austin-San Antonio corridor would eventually grow into one connected, internationally compelling region. With the purpose of providing the highest level of service and professionalism to this region’s real estate industry, Patrick founded Corridor Title in 2010. Locally owned and headquartered, Corridor Title is built to last with a long-term mindset and deep commitment to its clients, community and colleagues. At Corridor Title, we believe our colleagues are our greatest asset, providing a wide range of industry expertise, local market knowledge and strong partner relationships. By continuously investing in the professional development of our team members across the organization, Corridor Title remains committed to building the next generation of Central Texas’ real estate and title industry leaders.

What We Do
Corridor Title delivers professionalism from title examination to the closing table, and throughout the arch of our clients' involvement in the communities we serve. In addition to the delivery of an excellent product with the highest level of proactive service, Corridor Title's single most unique value proposition is the local market knowledge and relationships that we maintain, and that we bring to bear on behalf of our clients.
How We Do It
The entire Corridor Title Team is honored to play an active role in the growth and success of the communities we serve. We are intentional in how we specialize our training and processes to ensure the delivery of world-class service. With a roster of title professionals deep in industry expertise and committed to proactive communication, Team Corridor stands ready to work through difficult and time sensitive issues. Our goal is to address issues before they become problems, and provide industry-leading service to the real estate community across the Austin and San Antonio Metro Areas.
Why We Do It
What we do at Corridor Title is critically important, as is how we do it. But as you learn more about our Culture, you’ll understand that why we do what we do is even more foundational to who we are as a firm. Our Values serve as the north star for us at Corridor Title and are part of our company’s DNA. It is with this mindset that we encourage and empower our teams to constantly explore opportunities to improve our processes, collaborate more deeply with clients and colleagues, look for ways to innovate the title industry, and improve the communities we serve.
Our Community
Born and bred in Central Texas, Corridor Title is proud to partner with a variety of non-profit organizations that impact the communities we serve. From annual fundraisers to our employee volunteer program, our firm is committed to the long-term strength of our region.
Corridor Title CARES
Corridor Title CARES is a charitable effort launched in 2016 through which $25,000 is donated annually to a non-profit organization involved with purposeful work in Austin, while simultaneously recognizing the philanthropic and volunteer efforts by members of the real estate industry in Austin. The effort is consistent with Corridor Title’s commitment to Service to Community, a Core Value of the firm.
Corridor Title CASA Classic
Corridor Title hosts an annual golf tournament in collaboration with and for the benefit of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Central Texas. This event is grounded in the long history of mutual respect and support between Corridor Title’s President, Patrick Rose, and CASA Leadership. It’s an honor for Corridor Title to be closely aligned with an organization credited with such substantial and positive impact in the lives of children. We believe in and support CASA’s mission and hope to continue to grow the event and our partnership for years to come.
