Denise joined the Corridor Title team in January 2018 and continues her record of service to the Dripping Springs community, where she has been a proud resident since 1997. Denise joined Corridor with experience as a Realtor and is uniquely qualified to understand and serve the needs of this one-of-a-kind region based on her hands-on involvement with residential land development and site excavation. Denise is an active member of the PTA, a Graduate of Dripping Springs Chamber Leadership Class 4, serves on the Dripping Springs Education Foundation Board, is Co-Chair of DS Chamber Membership, and serves on the Chamber EDC. Denise and her husband, Scott, are proud to have raised three children in the DSISD district.
Heidi joined the Corridor Title team in September 2017 and brings a depth of commitment to the New Braunfels Community that is truly compelling. She is a graduate from Southwest Texas State University earning a BBA in Marketing and is a licensed Texas REALTOR®. Her civic involvement includes the following: New Braunfels Downtown Association - President and Former Board Chair, the Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce Blue Coat Ambassador (Senior Life Member) - Chair of various committees, Former Board Member, City of New Braunfels - Civil Service Commissioner, Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® - Committee Member, NBISD Ambassador and Council of PTA, Executive Committee Member, New Braunfels ISD Education Foundation - Program Director, United Way of Comal County - Former Board Chair. Heidi lives in New Braunfels with her husband, Lonny, and sons, Zakary and Dylan, where they are members of Oakwood Church.
Keely joined the Corridor Title team in November 2016. She is a San Marcos native, graduating from San Marcos High School, Southwest Texas State University, and Texas State University, earning her BS in Criminal Justice and an MA in Legal Studies and is also a former Realtor. Her civic involvement and awards includes: President of the San Marcos Education Foundation (SMEF), SMEF Skeet Shoot Committee Member, San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce (SMCOC) Board of Directors Vice-Chair, SMCOC Government Affairs Advisory Council, SMCOC Education Taskforce, Four Rivers Association of Realtors (FRAR) Board of Directors, FRAR San Marcos Governmental Affairs Subcommittee Member, Leadership San Marcos Class of 2019 Graduate and Board of Directors, Greater San Marcos Partnership Education and Workforce Implementation Workgroup, City of San Marcos Citizen Utility Advisory Board; 2017 Shining Star Under 40, 2018 Four Rivers Association of Realtors Affiliate of the Year, 2019 graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program. Keely is an active and proud mother to her son Liam.
Lauren originally joined the Corridor Title team in 2014, took a couple of years off to focus on being a full-time mom and then rejoined the Corridor Title team in June 2018. Lauren’s focus on the Luxury Residential Market in Austin is a natural extension of her years of experience in escrow, her knowledge of the Austin Market, and previous collaborations with her valued Corridor Title clients and colleagues. Lauren and her husband Shane are the proud parents of two amazing girls – Aubrey and Ava.
Zach joined the Corridor Title team in July 2019. He is an Austin resident and a graduate of Baylor University. His civic involvement includes the following: Real Estate Council of Austin, co chair of the RECA Advocates program and Urban Land Institute, member and active volunteer. Zach and his wife Brittany are the proud parents of three young children and are actively involved at Austin Ridge Bible Church.
