Marriage, Same Sex Marriage, and Divorce Issues in Real Estate

Texas is a community property state, so this course starts with a discussion of community and separate property. When a marriage is ended by divorce, both types of property must be dealt with in a divorce decree. How property is dealt with in a transaction after divorce is based on the wording in the divorce decree.
