This course provides real estate professionals with essential knowledge about the latest forms approved by the Texas REALTORS®, in compliance with the recent NAR settlement agreement. Participants will explore the updated Broker Compensation Agreements and understand their implications. Additionally, we‘ll delve into MLS policy changes and emphasize the importance of transparency and clarity when working with clients.
