Denise joined our team in January 2018, bringing her extensive background in residential real estate, land development, and site excavation. A resident of Dripping Springs since 1997, Denise’s deep ties to the community are further enriched by her three children, all of whom graduated from DSISD.
With her real estate license, Denise offers a comprehensive perspective on the local housing market. Utilizing her understanding of land development and excavation allows her the ability to navigate complex projects with precision.
Denise’s community involvement is equally impressive. She is an active Chamber of Commerce board member, co-chairing Chamber 101 and contributing her insights as a leadership committee member. A graduate of Chamber Leadership Class 4, Denise’s commitment to growth is clear.
Further underscoring her dedication to her community, Denise serves on the executive board committee of the Dripping Springs Education Foundation, championing educational initiatives that empower both students and teachers.
