Kim joined the Corridor Title team in July 2025, bringing with her almost 15 years of legal experience working primarily in public finance. Her prior work encompassed everything from basic real estate transactions to complex bond deals, public-private partnerships, and special districts of every kind. Kim has worked on both single and multi-family development projects as well as assisted with legislative and regulatory work for cities, counties, developers, and builders. Growing up in Angleton with summers spent on her family’s cattle ranch in Cherokee, Kim is a true Texas girl with a strong work ethic and a love for people. Not one to venture far from home, she attended The University of Texas at Austin. Kim is married to her best friend and biggest supporter, Kasey, and they have three wonderful children, Whitfield, Remington, and Brewer, whom are their absolute world. They also have three precious pups, Luna, Lilo and Pork Chop, and one sassy cat named Claire in addition to fostering for various rescue organizations. Outside of spending time with her family, Kim’s hobbies include faith, fishing, spending time at the ranch or with friends, fitness, travel, and cooking.
