Patrick Rose

Patrick founded Corridor Title in October 2010, and serves as its President. He is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law (2006), Princeton University (2001) and Dripping Springs High School (1997), and was first licensed to practice law in 2006. Patrick is responsible for Corridor’s operations and growth, and works closely with an Executive Team of empowered leaders within Corridor, across Functional Area and Division. Patrick’s civic involvement includes past and present leadership in the following organizations: Austin Airport Advisory Commission, Austin Community Foundation, Dripping Springs Economic Development Committee, Hays Caldwell Economic Development Partnership, Independent Title Agents of Texas, New Braunfels Economic Development Foundation, Real Estate Council of Austin, Texas State University Development Foundation, Texas State University Research Foundation, Texas Land Title Association, Texas Land Title Association PAC, and Transit Forward. Before founding Corridor, Patrick represented Blanco, Caldwell and Hays Counties in the Texas House of Representatives (2002-2010). Patrick lives in San Marcos with his wife Anna and their sons Henry (10) and Charlie (9), where they are members of Our Lady of Wisdom University Parish.
