Lynn Maxwell

Lynn joined the Corridor Title team in January of 2018, bringing her 27+ years of experience to our title research team. She gained that experience in her past roles as abstractor, escrow assistant, escrow officer, examiner and chief title officer. With that experience, she built long standing relationships with underwriters and leaders in our industry which equates to a dynamic and collaborative title production result for Corridor’s clients. Lynn is a long time South Austin homeowner, sharing that home with assorted family members, cats and dogs.

Jessica Baldonado

Jessica joined the Corridor Title team in May 2016, bringing with her many years of title industry experience for the benefit of Corridor Title’s valued clients. Her breadth and depth of experience is a distinct strength - she started her career as a copy clerk in the title plant and rose through the ranks to the role of Title Examiner. Jessica is a proud aunt who was born, raised and resides in South Austin.

Amy Crawford

Amy joined the Corridor Title team in February 2018 and brought with her the benefit of over 17 years of title industry experience. Amy is also strong with technology and processes, critical components of the world-class service provided by the Title Department. Amy was born and raised in Palestine, Texas, and moved to Austin in 2002. Amy is a proud wife, mother, and grandmother.

Fabiana Hernandez

Fabiana joined the Corridor Title team in February 2021, bringing 17 years of title and 20+ years in customer service experience to the research team. The launch of her title career began shortly after moving to Austin in 2000. Where, she began as a copy clerk for an escrow officer. Since then, she’s worked in a variety of positions, from administrative assistant, order entry, policy, and then got recruited into title examination where she would find her best fit. Outside of work, Fabiana is an artist of many mediums and is a proud mother. Fabiana resides in her Cedar Park home with her son who is a Texas State student, two chill dogs, and a rambunctious cat.

John Russo

John joined the Corridor Title team in December 2020, bringing 20 years of experience to our title research team. Previous roles include customer service, examiner, and production manager. John began his title career in San Diego, then quickly realized in 2006 that Austin was the place to be. He resides in Cedar Park with his wife Laura and fur babies. He loves to travel and check out live music.

Monica joined the Corridor Title team in May 2018. Monica graduated from Crockett High School in Austin. Since arriving at Corridor title Monica has completed The Texas Land & Title School and the Excellence in Examination Workshop. Monica lives in Austin with partner Adrian and is a proud mother of son Isaiah.

Pat Alfaro

Pat joined Corridor Title in March 2021 as a Title Examiner, bringing over almost 40 years in the Title business in Austin. He began in 1983 as a runner for a small title company and start examining in 1985. Born and raised in south Austin, Pat still lives close to family and friends.

Shannon Davis

Shannon joined the Corridor Title Team in August 2020, bringing 24 years of experience with her. Previous roles have included policy, customer service , examiner and chief title officer. She lives in Taylor with her boyfriend Edward and is known by friends and family as the “flower madam” due to her unique ability to hybridize irises and daylilies.
